I am a modern artist and work with different media. I do not have a distinct style as it varies with mood and subject. Basically I develop a particular idea and use it to make 4-5 paintings which could be done in a totally different style.
My paintings are dynamic and vibrant. They show my diverse artistic potential. Traditionally I use oil paint on canvas, but I also practice with acrylic and
aqua paints.
I discovered my undeveloped drawing talent when I was a kid. I was taught professionally by some famous Russian artists and this is how I gained my formal art study.
Some of the famous artists that influenced me - Henri Matisse, Kazimir Malevich, Mark Shagall
My paintings reflect different vibrations of life and are made with different styles by using various techniques. From Abstract and Russian Avant-guard
to Expressionism and Minimalism.
Many of my paintings have found their homes in private collections in New Zealand, Australia, Russia, Sweden, UAE and China. |
