Purchasing
The shopping cart attached to the KiwiArtz website provides a streamlined and effective way of completing your purchases. Simply click on the ADD TO CART button as you decide to purchase an item and when you are ready click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.  From here you can either log in to your existing account, create an account or register as a guest for a one-off transaction.

 If you would like us to include a gift message with your item please select the ADD GIFT OPTIONS box and complete your message.

Finally select your preferred payment method. Payment by credit card is the quickest and easiest way to conclude your purchase. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB credit cards, direct payment to our bank account, cheques (NZ customers only) and PayPal payments. Your credit card purchase will show on your statement with the name of Mutual Pacific Products Limited.

   
  Security
Shopping at KiwiArtz is secure. This site uses industry standard SSL encryption to protect your credit card details. Payment services are provided by Direct Payment Solutions. No credit card details are stored in our system.
 We do not share information about our customers other than to supply the artists whose work you have purchased with a shipping address when relevant.
When you register for e-mail updates on the products that interest you, your details are not shared with anyone else.
   
  Shipping
1. We can ship to most destinations worldwide.
2. We ship most items within 10 days following the receipt of payment, however there may be a longer delivery time in some instances for example with commissioned works of art. Where there is a delay we will advise you by email.
3. We use international air-mail to ship most items. Please contact us to request that your order be couriered to you and obtain a quote for courier shipping if required. Please advise us if your order is urgent so that we can ensure we meet your requirements.
4. We use New Zealand Post, the largest and most reputable postal carrier in New Zealand. Air-mail to USA, Canada, Australia, Western Europe, the UK and Asia normally takes between 4 and 10 business days. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or is lost, simply let us know and we will either replace it (if a replacement is available) or provide a refund - the choice is yours.
5. When you purchase a product from us, you obtain free insurance cover for most items. However at times it may be necessary to pay for additional shipping or insurance charges depending on the nature of the item and the destination it is being shipped to. We will advise you if additional charges are due and you can select the appropriate value in the shipping section and then proceed to the checkout.
6. Any import duty or taxes, which are levied by the authorities of your country once the product reaches you, are your responsibility.
   
  Taxes and Duties
Sales made to New Zealand residents are inclusive of GST.  For purchasers from countries other than New Zealand any import duties or taxes levied by the authorities of your country once the product reaches your country, are your responsibility.
   
 

Quality
All our products are new.  However in the unlikely event that you receive your item damaged or it is faulty in any way, then you are covered by our 7 day quality guarantee.  Please contact us for instructions on how to return your damaged item for a refund or exchange. 

   
  Cancellations
After purchasing and submitting your details to us and before the transfer of funds has occurred, it is possible to cancel the transaction. This can be achieved by communicating with KiwiArtz and confirming the cancellation by email.

If the cancellation occurs after the funds have been transferred to our account then we will refund the full amount less any additional transaction and handling fees/costs as applicable.
   
  Returns and Replacements
Please choose carefully as we are unable to exchange goods if you change your mind. Faulty goods may be returned for a refund or exchange within seven days of receiving the item. 
   
  Copyright
All work listed on this website is subject to New Zealand and international copyright and Intellectual Property Rights laws. This mens that the work listed belongs to the artist until the point of sale. It also means that it is illegal to download images for other than personal use.
   
  PRIVACY STATEMENT:
Your privacy is important to us. We do not share information about our customers other than to supply the artists whose work you have purchased with a shipping address when relevant.  When you register for e-mail updates on the products that interest you, your details are not shared with anyone else.

GUARANTEE:
Purchase with confidence, our guarantee policy means that if goods are faulty we will offer a total refund on the cost of the goods and shipping.
