The shopping cart attached to KiwiArtz website provides a streamlined and effective way of completing your purchases. Simply click on the ADD TO MY LIST button as you decide to purchase an item or want to be able to take a second look at it before you decide whether or not to purchase it. Initially, this will take you to the Login/Accounts page for opening an account with Kiwiartz, or for accessing your existing account.
When you have added all the items you want to your Wish List you then click on the MY WISH LIST menu item (on the left side of the page) and select those items you now want to purchase. The total cost of your purchases will then be displayed. If you decide there are still items you want to remove from your cart it remains possible to do this at this stage. Once you have clearly decided what you want to purchase you are then invited to advise the delivery address. From there you will proceed to checkout where you are asked to consider and advise on your payment options.
Payment by credit card is the quickest and easiest way to conclude your purchase. Payment by this method is secure to you as KiwiArtz uses the latest in Secure Server Software (SSL). This means that credit card details are encrypted as they travel through the internet. The only people who can access your details are the Kiwiartz directors.

Cheques are to be made payable to KiwiArtz. Please let us know when you make your purchase what your preferred payment method is. You will be issued with a receipt of your Payment to us, either electronically or by surface mail, depending on which address is available to us, on receipt of your payment.

your details are the Kiwiartz directors. We do not share information
about our customers other than to supply the artists whose work
you have purchased with a shipping address.
When you register for e-mail updates on the products that interest

1. We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
2. We ship most works of art within 10 days following the receipt
of payment, unless specified otherwise in the item description.
3. We air-mail all art. Pieces with a value in excess of NZ$1500
(US$705 approx) will be posted by express mail (courier) and
pieces with a value under NZ$1500 (US$705 approx) can be posted
by express mail. Please contact us to request that your order
be couriered to you and obtain a quote for courier shipping.
4. All of the art is posted by the artist using New Zealand
post, the largest and most reputable New Zealand postal carrier
in New Zealand. Air-mail to USA, Canada, Australia, Western
Europe, the UK and Asia normally takes between 4 and 10 business
days.
5. When you purchase a product from us, you obtain free insurance.
In the unlikely event that your piece of art arrives damaged
or is lost, simply let us know, and we will either replace it
(if a replacement is available) or provide a refund - the choice
is yours.
6. Any import duty or taxes, which are levied by the authorities
of your country once the product reaches you, are your responsibility.
7. Our shipping rates are calculated on the combined weight of the order and are based on shipping charges of US$5.75 per lb or NZ$9.15 per lb. This means that it does not cost you a lot to ship your order at all - you can always see and confirm your charges before placing your order. Australian customers are invited to email us for a more precise calculation of freight costs to your country.
Please note that packaging will in most cases add extra weight to that which has been quoted with the product. This additional weight will be included with the shipping rate charged. All customers can expect to be emailed with the actual shipping and packaging charges before processing your payment, if there is a significant difference in cost.

Sales made to New Zealand residents are subject to the payment
of GST. This is to be added to the cost of your purchase. For
purchasers from countries other than New Zealand any import
duties or taxes levied by the authorities of your country once
the product reaches your country, are your responsibility. |

All our products are new, unless the product description states
otherwise.
When you order from Kiwiartz you are covered by our 7 day quality
guarantee. In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with
the quality of your purchase you may, within 7 days of receiving
your order, return the purchase for a complete refund, provided
it remains in its original condition.
If you reside in New Zealand the above policy does not purport
to limit any rights you may have under the Fair Trading Act
or the Consumer Guarantees Act.

After purchasing and submitting your details to us and before
the transfer of funds has occurred, it is possible to cancel
the transaction. This can be achieved by communicating with
KiwiArtz and confirming the cancellation by email.
If the cancellation occurs after the funds have been transferred
to our account then we will refund the full amount less any
additional transaction and handling fees/costs as applicable.

Should you receive the item and consider that it is not up to
the expectations conveyed by our website, or the quality normally
associated with such an item, and you wish to return the item,
then the following conditions shall apply:-
the return must be communicated with KiwiArtz within 7 (seven)
days of receiving the item(s). Note that this offer does not
continue after the 7 days have elapsed.
the items must be in the same condition as they were when you
received them.
return shipping by economy post shall be organised by you. The
shipping costs (freight and insurance) will be included in the
total amount refunded to you.
the total amount refunded to you will include the original purchase
price and all shipping costs.
the refund will be forwarded to you when we receive the goods.

Refunds will not be given if the goods have been damaged by
you, this includes damage caused by inadequate packaging by
you when returning goods.
